It's with a heavy heart that I loaded all my plumbing with the pink stuff!

We WERE going to depart on a weeks trip today...........but, the house furnace decided to go belly up - and this Puddle Pirate (Retired Coast Guard) had to plunk 8K down on a new furnace and heat pump for the house.

So this week, during my 1 week vacation, I'm puttering around the house doing some maintenance issues instead of traveling.

I'm totally bummed!

That is my plan. Wifepoo is gonna make me work a few more years. Actually, as I understand it, I can retire from my current profession here in 4 years, but I think I will stick it out a little longer. Time will tell. When I can no longer run fast enough to catch the bad guys, it's time to retire.

Well.. you posted that back in November.... is it time to get the rig out and ready for camping?

We are still cold and frozen and subzero temps, but we are planning upcoming trips and browsing the camping magazines and camping world catalogs ..... got Camping On My Mind!

Funny you should mention that!!!

We are leaving for a short trip (5 days) on Tuesday. Therefore, in the am - rain-or light rain, I will be out and emptying the anti-freeze out and flushing the water lines.

Wifepoo is leaving the stocking of the coach to me as she has to work tomorrow. I'm off.
