Hey Ladies,

What are the most important things to consider when looking for a fantastic site for your R.V.? What luxury items add to your visit? If money was no object........what would you have at a custom designed R.V. site?
Where do you put company ,if they visit you ?

Thanks.........Miss Beth

As we will be doing a lot of dry camping, when we do to to an RV site, I want it all! Even a place to get a good pedicure and manicure would be nice! Obviously laundry facilities - with a few tvs there (my husband might help more then) would be great. I like the idea of additional cabins available for visiting company - or even regular camp spots - great idea! What about those partial tents or Yurts?
A facility to restock on goods and the internet are must... I could go on.
where are you thinking of doing this?

good luck!

Stacy

Level ,hydro, electric prefer 50 amps, sewer if possible by a creek so the little ones can jump in. All grass or dirt so that when it rains the little ones get muddy and totally wet and when they leave they will have had a good time. That is what it is all about.:D

I would like spaces to be far a part. view from big picture window. little camp store, warm pool, plenty of laundry facilities, and a good view while outdoors. we are full timers and try and find these things, but don't always.

Let's see.... we love rustic camping and don't need any hookups

top ten in no particular order:

1- Great view out the front windshield when pulled into the site
2- thick shrubbery blocking me from neighboring sites on each side
3- nice firepit and level ground around it for lawn chairs
4- good place to walk the dogs along the beach or woods
5- plenty of natural surroundings... nothing manicured or landscaped
6- no hookups needed but a dump station and potable water nearby to fill on way in or out the campground
7- under $10 a night or a weekly rate if staying longer
8- can't hear highway, city or railway noises
9- some wildlife and natural areas to sit and relax and photograph
10- sites long enough to accomodate a 40 ft rig to pull/back in without trees on opposite side of site hampering swing room needed for a long rig....

Level ground easy access, but with trees, all hookups, cable, Internet, etc. I also like a fairly quite place with no highway noise. Space between the neighbors with a little privacy.
