Great because you can cook them ahead for a weekend camping event!

DO AHEAD:

Baby back ribs (up to 10 lb)
Bottle of MoJo Sauce (In most stores in the South)

Place ribs in aluminum pan, pour over MoJo sauce, tent with foil and place in 325 degree oven. Every 45 minutes open the package & rotate ribs turning them so all parts get cooked and baste each time. They are done when a table fork easily slides thru the meat. Now keep them in refrigerator in pan.

COOKING TIME:

Cut ribs into sections of four or so & place on hot grill.
Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce til glazed and hot....serve! YUM!
The meat pulls off the bones & the MoHo flavor is all through them.

Note: My sauce is half & half Kraft Regular BBQ Sauce and Bullseye Dark Sauce.
