We are the proud owners of a 2008 Fleetwood Southwind 32VS; a beautiful motorhome with a lean to the right (box not mounted plum on the frame). Under warranty an attempt was made to correct the problem (a spacer wedge was installed between the leaf springs) it fixed the problem some but not 100%. Now Fleetwood is saying it meets their specs (???) and will not correct it further.
Our very nice dealer service dept here in Florida says that it can easily be corrected by adding a bigger wedge which in turn will require longer U Bolts at a total cost of $325.00. We have authorized the repair at our cost, HOWEVER, WE WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE ANOTHER FLEETWOOD PRODUCT AND WE ARE PUTTING OUT THE WORD CONCERNING THIS PROBLEM THAT FLEETWOOD HAS. HOW SAD THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS FOR A MERE $325.!!
Please be aware of so called written and unwritten specs when purchasing a motorhome, because this is definately an unwritten spec.

WOW, that is sad. Is there any further recourse you have? I would try going further up the food chain with Fleetwood.

Good luck!
