Disc Golf/ NW Florida Club

Hey everyone. Two things...one is looking for campgrounds with disc golf; and fellow campers who like the sport. I am no pro at it (actually pretty bad); but I love the game. Have gone to Chicksabogue, and Citronelle both in Mobile county Alabama; and Shepard State park in Gautier, MS to camp and do the Disc golf thing.

Second is, anyone know of any camping clubs or organizations here in NW Florida/South Alabama? My girlfriend and I are weekenders; and loving it. Drop me an email on either topic. dale@jdstructures.com

We like to go to Mitchell's RV resort and golf in Perrin TX. We are hackers at golf but this 9 hole course is challenging enough for us. The price last summer was right also. We paid $10 to play all day long. There is also a hiking trail up the hill side if you get tired of chasing the golf ball.

Husband and I love to travel and play golf. We're also trying to find a club
that would include golfing along with travel. Our home is in Spring Hill, Florida.
We belong to a few clubs but none have members who like to play golf. Is there such a club? Would love to hear from others with the same interest!

Dude, we loooooove disc golf. We are just getting into the whole camping thing (as adults) in fact just drug our brand new fifth wheel home yesterday. I had not thought of combining the two things. We live in Fort Worth Texas and play a disc course here Called Z Boaz. Rumor has it it is one of the top 20 in the U.S. Would love to keep in touch with course/campground info of places to go.

GA Vet's State Park in Cordele, Ga Exit 101 off of I-75 has a course for you Disk Golfers. In the pines so it is a little tricky.

In Daytona Beach Area There Are A Couple Of Nice Disc Golf Coarses, And Several Nice Camp Grounds

Hattiesburg, Mississippi has Paul B Johnson State Park nearby. Friends tell me they have a championship disk golf course (whatever that is).

Tombigbee CG in Tupelo, MS has an excellent disc golf course

DALEBRIZM, You might want to check out the North EastFlorida Campers Club. www.NEFLCC.com. They have a pretty neat web site and seem to really enjoy camping throughout Florida and S Georgia.
