Hi
I'm an "about-to-be" GS Friendship owner! Thanks.
What do you think of the company? How has service and relations been? Are there any glaring cautions that you can share about their products?
Thanks, Earl

We bought a new 2005 Sun Voyager after having a 26' Class C Gulfstream - both were from the same RV Dealer. We had to wait for 4 months for the Class A to be built and sent from the factory. Our Unit was Brand New except for the milage from Mfg to Dealer. We took control 7/1/04 and had problems from the start. The Generator failed (blew fuses) in walk through and the dealer failed to fully explain all switches etc. The bays leaked in a heavy rainstorm destroying valulable research and ownership records. The Workhorse gasoline engine blew and took 6 weeks to replace under warrenty after several compaints to the "Authorized" Service/Gulfstream dealer, Comapny and Workhorse. The warrantee for the engine is worthless because the amount/time limits were too low. The batteries continue to burn out as inverter continues to work but the house batteries do not receive proper charge. I had to replace all batteries once and now the replacments are failing. I have burned out 2 chargers in the past 3 years because the shore power does not maintain the batteries. The dining slide out jumps the track rails and does not retract. I am at the point of fearing to drive anywhere in case I may be stuck in a remote area unable to bring the dinette in. Now the refrig is under recall. Good lord, I can't keep up with all the repair expense. Even the washer/dryer failed and their warrenty did not cover replacement of the motherboard. Cabinet doors and drawers are misalligned and do not shut correctly. Would I recommend Gulfstream - What do you think?
