I have a 1992 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher and need help in finding out how to adjust the water temperature. It is a remote start type with a electronic circuit board. The hot water is extremely hot almost to a dangerous degree. The shower seems to not ever get at a comfortable temperature. I have replaced the shower head already thinking it might be bad. Please help!

There is not adjustment on a lot of them. Get an rv shop to replace the circuit board unless its one in a million that can be adjusted on the board again get an rv shop to check it.

I am thinking you have an atwood w/h.about a 6 gal gas fired You can only replace the thermostats. They can't be "reset or adjusted", only replaced. The circuit board does not go south that often and is about $150.00 to replace
They cost me $21.95 for a set(yesterday) and took about 10 min to complete the job.The thermostats go south for no and any reason. My last set lasted for about 6 years, one moment working next not.If you are not mechanicaly inclined suggest you take it to a shop, if the water gets as hot as you described I am thinking you have a thermostst that has gone bad( their are two of them)
also give some thought to the cold water valve at the shower faucit. It could have debrie blocking the cold side. Have found that to be the case in a couple situations.
safe travels

As fixit, I've had the cold side go bad, the O rings inside got out of their track. That doesn't solve your "hot" problem but may affect the cold side to adjust the hot.

if it were the water heater, and the water gets that hot the high limit will open and shud down the water heater on gas. there is also one on the electric side as well. then there is the popoff safety vavle that would open as well......it very well may be the cold side of the valve....i'd replace that 1st as its cheaper!
