3-Ingredient Vegetable Beef Soup

Throw these three ingredients into a slow-cooker and have dinner waiting for you.

(Serves 4 / Double it for more.)

1 – 1lb ground beef (I prefer lean)
1 – 48 ounces V-8 juice
2 – 16 ounce packages of frozen mixed vegetables

Brown and drain beef. Place in slow cooker with remaining ingredients.
Cook on high or 1 hour and then on low for 6 to 8 hours
*Might want to try the spicy V-8

I'll sometimes add a little chopped cabbage for added flavor to this recipe. I know another ingredient I hope I don't stress anyone over the limit lol.
