We are finally going to get to go full-timing...a year later than planned. Now we need to sign on with a mail-forwarding service. There are so many that it is hard to know which one to trust, at a reasonable price. I don't know the name of this one, but there is one out of Livingston, TX that seems to be popular. Anyone know the name of it?

The service that you are thinking of, is Escapees members mail forwarding out of Livingston, Texas. It is operated by Escapee's, for Escapee members.
MyRvSpace also offers mail forwarding service, more info here

Thanks! I thought it might be a membership one. I know Good Sam & the President's Club of Camping World have them too. Are all of them membership driven?

No not all are membership operated.
There are many different mail forwarding companies. There are a couple of things to take into consideration, are you planing on using it to change state of residence or are you going to use it strictly for mail forwarding retaining your present state as home of residence? Now depending upon your planned use, this will determine where an who to go with.

Thanks WhoDo...
We are going to use it as a home address, as well as mail forwarding. We will be full-timing for a year or 2...hopefully. The way fuel is rising, that may change down the road.

I use the good old fashioned United States Postal Service and have not complaints and the cost is not all that bad either. Some services with memberships is cheaper but I dont want to change my address than maybe have to change it again later. I have one po addy from home I have had for some seven or eight years and decided to keep it when we went full timing last year. My mail comes to where ever I am I just call them with a forwarding address. And the USPS has been around longer than any of them. LOL

Thanks to all who responded. We went with Mail Link Plus out of Las Vegas. They charge $10. per month for the box, and $2. + postage for each shipment. After checking several others, this seemed to meet our needs, at an affordable price.

We use Home Base from Florida. It is part of the Good Sam empire, but works really great. Never had a problem in 10 years.
