Cody, WY, Gateway to Yellowstone Natl Park. If you base camp in Cody, be sure, at least once, to take the Chief Joesph Highway over to the Silver Gate of Yellowstone, East of Cooke City, Mt. Great scenery on the way to Yellowstone and once through the gate you will be in Lamar Valley where the wolves hang out.

I heard that Mossyrock changed the top area (the real nice area up on top of the hill) from "first come/first serve" to reservation only now.
Can you check and let me know if that really is the case now.
Thanks

Hopefully in Bountiful, UT BUT we we're stuck up on  Broke Down Mountain [not Broke Back Mountain] at 7,000+ feet in Brianhead, UT. It's 29 degrees and snowing. Bummer! Hopefully our part will be in tomorrow and we can fix the truck and drive back down to warmer weather. Ain't life interesting. Have a Happy Memorial Day! Diana

That has been the case for the last couple of seasons that I know of. The "Smores Loop" down by the boat ramp (tent area and RV parking in a parking lot) is the overflow, first come first served area now.

We have absolutely no idea where we'll be...we never make definite plans that far ahead! However, we will most likely be on our way to Alaska via the Deh Cho route and Yellowknife.
