Colored Fire. Wowed the kids!!!

Hey All,

Figured I should share this info after my great long weekend trip with the kids. I bought a product from Target Called Funky Colored Flames and it was a huge hit with the kids. Basically, you throw the packet onto the fire and it changes the color of the flames. The kids were loving it and I actually got a good kick from it as well. I think it is on sale right now at Target and just went back to stock up for the summer. Give it a try if you are looking for something to entertain the family for cheap.

A little piece of copper tubing does the same thing, been doing it for years. ;)

Its not as dramatic as the colored flames, but if you sprinkle powered creamer onto a fire it will sparkle.
