Just returned from a week at Louisville South KOA in Shepherdsville, KY. Fifteen miles south of Louisville on I-65. Great park with friendly, helpful staff. I had a problem with my dolly and they worked with me in 96 degree heat to get it handled. This park is centrally located to a lot of historical sites and activities. If you stay here don't miss the Bourbon Trail and the distilery tours as well as Old Talbot Tavern for the "Hot Browns". The park has a nature trail, heated pool, hot tub, game room etc with roomy, level sites with full hookups. This is one of the friendliest, most enjoyable:p parks I have visited.

we really liked lake camanche in calif. it as great lake shore and boat fishing, cute geese, trees, and friendly staff, was a little costly but offered alot. plus could go on nice drive into gold country from there!

This WAS the best park we ever stayed at, I repeat WAS... in 2002 when we first stayed there it was like a woodland garden, wooded sites, lots of evergreens and a 3-4 acre lake filled with ducks, just beautiful. Also very convenient to the north end and quite reasonably priced... But... We stayed there last year and the maintenance has gone downhill & the price uphill! They have a lot of newer competition now north of Seattle, so maybe they will "clean up their act!" so to speak.:D :D

We stayed in Cherry Hill - love it! The virtual tour sold us as we were searching for parks in the area... www.campersview.com/cherry_hill/index.htm
With the fuel prices this CampersView.com site let's you know what to expect. We have stayed at quite a few of these parks and are never disappointed. Bookmark the site... when you are in the area it is a plus!

We stayed in two outstanding parks on our recent vacation. The best one was at Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville OR... superlatives all around! It was free, due to my wife's casino habits (she is actually ahead but time will catch up to her eventually) and everything about the site and the accomodations was top drawer. The second one was in Deer Park WA, about 25 miles north of Spokane just off 395, excellent all the way around and real CHEAP ($27) PLUS it is smack dab in the middle of a pretty good 18 hole golf course, also REAL CHEAP (under $25 for 18 holes of golf W/cart!) discounts for afternoon play and RV park residents PLUS senior rates! Hard to beat if you like golf.:) :)
