rye or pumpernickle bread
corned beef
swiss cheese slices
saurkraut
thousand island dressing
butter
butter one side of each slice of bread. place in pie iron put corned beef,cheese,and kraut on bread close pie iron. place in hot coals till bread is golden brown. open place sandwich on plate open and add dressing to taste.
