KVH Tracvision help

I have a kvh tracvision roof mounted auto tracking antenna. I use dish network but can only pick up echostar 7(119). this device is supposed to track every sat in the sky. I think my problem is in the controler box for the antenna. does anyone know anything about these things? I cannot get any support from my dealer or the manufacturer. :confused:

Dish will not support you if you rv. I recommend you change to Direct some day cuz they give support. Anyway you need to run your system as iff you are setting it up for the first time and see what you get. If that dont work to bring in the second or third sat than I would agree you have a setup problem on the dish itself.
