I purchased a 2008 19 foot Wildwood travel trailer made by Forest River. There were/are so many quality defects in this trailer that you wouldn't believe! I have had it back to the dealer 5 times for different issues. Now it's there for roof leaks! It angered me so bad I filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau. Does any one else have the same issues?

Rickee, I feel your pain.
We also have been completely abandoned by the manufacturer and dealer we did business with, Phoenix Cruiser and Carolina Coach and Camper. As you; we have had serious material and workmanship failures and no one wants to know anything about it.
What to do?, post the pictures about the crap that Phoenix and Forest River turns out is about all one can do.
There is a bright spot though, only 228 payments left:mad:

I have heard nothing but bad things about forest river and their customer no service dept. We stopped at a dealer and looked at some of their products and was not impressed at all with the quality of the build. The units we looked at on the lot were horrible as far as quality is concerned. I would hate to see what is underneath you can't see. We have campers in our cg that have a trailer back to the factory for delamination was supposed to get it back last month still not back.

We too had a FR product a 35 ft BH salem with 3 bunks. Bought it because it had the perfect floorplan that we liked. It spent at least 2 months total at the dealers being fixed over the 3 years that we owned it.
We now own an Itasca MH and love it. We did much better research the 2nd time out.
