All VA hospitals have gone to the clinic and single care system so you usually will always see the same doc and the same clinic. If you go to another state and seek help then they ship all your records to the new state and you start all over again. Recommend you settled down and decide where you want to get your VA home location and try to make annual appts for that location. I went home last month just for my annual physical and to get my meds for another year. Far easier to make the trip than transfer records.
Good luck to ya.
