Having problems with the tent ends on new camper...

I can't get them to close! It takes hours and 5 people with the strength of Hercules to get these to get them and even then the latches won't close all the way! Clearly I'm doing something wrong. There are NO detailed instructions on how to close them properly. Ugh. My camper is a Kodiak 195. I emailed the dealer so I hope to get a reply soon. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you close to the dealer where you can take it back and have them show you how it's done? I'm surprised that they didn't walk you through this when you bought it!

Hopefully, someone here with experience with a tent camper will be along soon and can give detailed instructions on how to stow the tent.
