Thought I was start a thread regarding which roads and routes you travel or plan to travel.

I had to make a trip to Utah a few weeks ago and after inquiring to folks who have local knowledge of the territory and weather it was recommended that I take a southern route due to chance of SNOW. Thanks GH.

I appreciated that knowledge and thought many other folks could be helped with their travel plans. So, if you have such a question try posting and see what returns.

Make travel an adventure... We can complain about the thorns or enjoy the rose.

Hey wagon any time. Glad it worked for you. If you come up in the summer I know a good boondocking spot up in the mountains east of Salt Lake that will be beautiful.

Any comments...planning on driving I-70 through Colorado into Utah in late April 2010 in a 43' rig with a tow? Anything I should be weary of on this route?

wagon u will enjoy the route iv been over it and if i can do it you can to. I dreove the semi cross with 80,000 no problem.
