I have a 1988 Holiday RAMBLER IMPERIAL
CHEVY P30 CHASIS I unit has been parked for a while
I HAVE NO brake pedal , had a neighbor that
works for a tire store to check it we added fluid
bleed out all wheels couldnt find no leaks.

PUMP UP TO 4TH PEDAL FEEL PRESSSURE
THEN IT LOSES IT GOES DOWN TO THE FLOOR
WONT HOLD PRESSSURE?

Just a guess but if none of the wheels show signs of leaking fluid and the master cylinder is low on fluid I would think that the master cylinder is passing fluid into the power brake booster. Its going somewhere and that is my best guess.

Good Luck!

like wagon said, if you don't observe brake fluid leaking out of a wheel cylinder, then the master is blowing by the piston inside. on something this big you would be well servied to let a professional mech do it. on my rambler, just gettin to the master cylinder is a problem as it is under the drivers seat up against the floor!
