Soak whole ears of corn in pail of water at least 4 hours. do not rmove husks or silk. Roast whole ears on coals or grill. roast over coals approx. 15-20 minutes per side.

We have cooked corn in the microwave after soaking in water with the husks on. We roll the corn, husk and all, in paper towels and microwave. It is very easy to remove husk after cooking, but be careful because its very HOT. There are only two of us, so it's fast and easy. This may be time consuming if cooking for a family!
