We are taking delivery of an '08 24-H on Friday. Let me know of any kinks and quirks you have encountered. I will be driving it Reno (home) from the dealership in Irvine, CA.

We own a 2007 Navion 23H - love it. One quirk it does not do well on one-sided bumps and rolls side to side really badly. Coming out of a parking lot, etc. I now try to take it head on because if I don't it will roll and everything in all the cupboards and racks are thrown all over - have not yet broken any dishes but sure thought I did. Also, if MPG is important to you, keep the speed down to 55-60 because at 70 it only gets about 14 MPG whereas at 55 it gets the 18 MPG as promised by the salesman.

Thank you for the heads-up on power settings vs fuel consumption. One knows intuitively that speed and mpg are inversely related. It is extremely helpful to have some solid numbers.

A friend, recently bought a 2008 Navion with the new 6 cylinder engine. He loves the unit, but has nothing but problems with the turbo. As I am writing this message the unit is at a Dodge dealer in San Antonio, Tx. This is the fifth time for the same problem. They, the Chrysler people finally sent a tech to the dealership, only after he wrote about five letters to Winnebago and Chrysler and only after he started to write to the stockholders of these companies. As I said in the beginning, he still loves unit. Also, this unit is on an 07 Frame with an 08 box.

Is that V6 adequate for long grades and towing a toad?? Mountain grades of colorado and Utah areas.???
