If you have a Tire Guard policy and have a claim be advised that they are out of business. They have an answering machine but do not respond to messages and even registered mail. If you need help be advised that the Tire Guard Policies with the Wash. DC address are insured by Interstate Indeminity of Chicago that is a division of Fireman,s Fun. (They don't respond to calls and registered letters either)If you need help call or e-mail Firemean's Fund customer Service. After 5 months I finally rec'd 1/2 payment of a claim and the balance within 30 days. This is a fight but don't give up!!
