Great warranty service from Norcold/Long View RV

We have a Norcold N6 model refrigerator and it has been absolutely trouble free and has worked perfectly since we got our crappy Phoenix Cruiser. Temp control is perfect, both refrig and freezer and the size (6 cf, I think) is spacious compared to the small one we had in our Leisure Travel Van.

A short while ago, while at Sebago Lake State Park ME, the lower hindge of the refrigerator door cracked. The beginning of this week I brought the door to Long View Rv, Windsor Locks, CT, JC in service took care of us.

Thetford (Norcold) had a new door delivered in three days, the warranty expires next week..

This is how warranty claims should be handled, in fact we think that its above and beyond the call so to speak.

Forgot to mention that it did not cost us one penney, nothing, no shipping charge-no charge to us for swapping the door latch and wood panel-the replacement door came with a new gasket....

murffdog, last evening when I mentioned to Betsy that the door was fixed-she's going camping with her mom in a few weeks, she brought up the same thought as you asking what part(s) of the Phoenix Cruiser we were happy with.

Like I mentioned the refrigerator has always worked perfectly, and even though the hinge broke the speed of light warranty service has made up for this minor inconvience, and of course we have always said that the Ford part was phenomenal, especially the 6.0 PowerStroke diesel but aside from that we are at a loss to cite another positive aspect of the coach.
