Water damage?

Say you bought a new coach and have had it for about two years and say that when this rv was made no sealant was put behind some of the various things that are attached to the exterior side walls and say that that while washing the rv you kinda sorta thought that something was not quite right so you removed some of these parts and placed a short steel rule across the area, and say that across this area the rule is just ever so slightly showing a raised surface, would you say that enough water could have gotten in to cause delamination?

I'll try to get some pictures and some moisture readings at these areas, but it ain't looking good.

Sounds like a possibility of delamination but without seeing it, could not say for sure.

Utmtman is correct and water travels, when was the last time you checked and/or resealed seams? I have an 07 Tioga 31 and I just replaced the shower skylight and while up there I discovered seams that needed "touching up".
