With the Via/ Reyo, can't find any specs on the rv but from appearance its neat; now if it only isn't maxed out weight wise and doesn't have a rubber roof.....

Your finally getting rid of the load you got? :)
My daughter just got an awesome deal on a new Outlook 31. Loaded with options, 22k off sticker. (Whats that tell you about mark-up?)

murffdog, unfortunately its 'till death do us part' with the Cruiser-couldn't live with ourselves if we passed this on to anyone.

Did your daughter get new or used?, I agree that the markup is breathtaking.

We still get calls from dealerships, "hello Tom would 32% OFF list on a Coach House Platnium II get you to change your mind on trading your Phoenix Cruiser?"

My mouth was opening to say 'yes' then suddenly I had this wierd vision of Betsy and I being in this very, very, very hot place with something poking us in the sides......

What's wrong with NOT having a rubber roof??? Both aluminum and fiberglass make excellent roofing materials...we've had RVs with both types. I certainly would never pass up an RV based solely on the type of roof material it had. The weight issue is MUCH more important, IMO.

Hi lindah, what I meant was that -I- would not buy a rv which had a rubber roof. Oddly enough this mindset is alot of the reason we made the mistake of buying a new Phoenix Cruiser, it has a fiberglass roof.

I have seen too many new rv's with the rubber roofing that had bubbles, its a material which does not appeal to me at all.

We've had two RVs with rubber roofs, including our current one and haven't had a problem with either one.

The problem with rubber roofs aren't with the material itself but, rather, with the installation...some manufacturers just can't seem to get it right, while others never, or rarely have a problem.

Brand new, except for delivery, never been on the road. She's lives in FL in a gated community and found a place just down the road to park it @ $40 a month. (what a deal, must of been her charm) :-)

I keep on forgetting that alot of people do have to look for parking places, fortunately ours in under cover, in our yard, AND with the house being on a septic system we also have a dump station :D

I can use the one at the local fire station, it sure comes in handy at times.
