Thinking about buying a dash cover for our Class A since we have to park it at a storage facility (outside) when not in use. Are these worth the money? If so, which manufacturer or website do you recommend?

Thanks!

We always have a dash cover on all of our vehicles including the Motor Home. Personally I have found that they cut down on the suns radiated heat from the dash while driving, as well as reflection on the windshield.
I feel that they do help save the dash some from the suns UV rays deteriorating the dash material.
We have ours custom made in Quartzsite, AZ., never have ordered one so can't help there.

We went to a discount fabric store and purchased a heavy fabric which we doubled over for twice the thickness, and use that to cover the dash and protect it from sun damage. For our Class A wide body we opted for a heavy white fur-like fabric that helps reduce heat damage to the dash as well, and the cat loves it. It's thick enough to protect from kitty claws as well. We take it off when traveling and put it in place when parked. And it's machine washable. We spent about $80.00. So, there are many options depending on how much you want to spend, and how custom you want it to look. If you prefer it to look like the original dash, you may prefer having it specially made, and be willing to pay to have it custom made.
