We stayed there last spring for a week at the end of March. It is a beautful, quiet, park. Close to uncrouded beaches. Tybee is a nice little townv very laid back. Good fishing off the pier. Its a bit of a drive back into Savanna, and driving through Savanna with a A or big C is a challange. The City is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. Have fun and enjoy Tybee.

We stayed there two years ago, it was fairly crowded while there, we were parked on the outside edge of the park. Follow the directions they give you to get there as Savanah has several streets with low treeline making a tunnel through the streets, husband wanted to follow streets and trips and that would have been a disaster with tree limbs. We follow the Good Sam's directions, no problems.

We have stayed there on several occasions and had no problem. It is easy to get to and the trip back into Savannah is not that bad.

If you go make sure you eat at the Crab Shack. It is at the beginning of Tybee and is quite a local seafood place-if nothing else it is local flavor!!!

Enjoy!!!
