We have recently retired and have purchaced a motorhome. We have had several RV's in the past, but have never done a nation wide trip before, so I am wondering how you full timers pay bills, get mail, and prescription medications you may need? We currently pay most of our bills online and will be taking a laptop with us for that purpose. But the mail is a bigger concern for us.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Ron,

If you are going Full-time, I would suggest a mail forwarding service. The Escapees RV Club has one of the best. www.escapees.com They also have a very good forum on their web site where you can learn just about anything you might want to know about F/T. There are also many other good mail forwarding services out there.

As for perscriptions, you can use a National chain such as Wall Mart, CVS, or Wallgreens.

Bills can be paid on-line, by automatic withdrawl or by phone in most cases.

Another web site you might want to check out is www.movinon.net This couple Full-Timed for many years and they have enough info on their site to keep you busy for weeks. I got most of my info off of their site when we started F/T 6 years ago.

Travel slow and enjoy! :)
