hi there, i have a jayco tt and it has an external battery to it. i just bought it a few months ago. i'm new at travel trailers, always had a tent or pop up. i need lots of help. someone told me i don't need my external battery unless i'm going to a remote area that doesn't have electricity. someone else said i do need my battery because my tt has electric brakes and it runs of my tt battery. i have a brake controller in my car. i keep saying external battery, because i think i have one on inside of my camper, or that could be fuse box. camper is over daughters house, so i can't check it right now. can somebody help. thank you, jackie
oh and one more thing for now. someone said to get a pressure valve for my water supply and to get a 5/8" . i bought one today and forgot to ask for the 5/8" and it doesn't say on package if its a 5/8" unless its covered over by pricing sticker. will this work if its not a 5/8". :(
