Years and Years ago we were camped down by Cape Hatterras We went to a little grocery store looking for a steak to grill for supper. This little store had a little meat counter but no red meats. The man asked what we were looking for I told him and he opened this big refer door and pulled out half a cow hanging on a hook. I said I only wanted about a pound sirloin. He cut off a big hunk of meat and threw it on the scales. It was 2-3 pounds at least he then proudly said that looks pretty close to a pound. He charged us for a pound and we were happy campers for a couple of nights. We had a great time that campout...
