2-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins
1 - 1 Box of Spice Cake Mix
2 - 1 small (16 oz) can of pumpkin
No butter, no eggs, no oil.
Very hard to stir up, you'll never get all the lumps out, but it's worth it.
Cook at 350 for about 20 minutes.
If you like pumpkin you'll LOVE these muffins. And some who don't even like pumpkin love these muffins.

Easiest Ham Ever
4-5 pound bone in ham
1 cup brown sugar
Rub ham with brown sugar on all sides. Cook in slow cooker on low 8 hours. Comes out nice and juicy even though you added no water!

I always use Cook's Half Butt Ham. Approximately 7-8 pounds. Pour 6 ounces Pepsi or cola of your choice over ham, sprinkle with ground cloves, rub all over with brown sugar and sprinkle *again with cloves. I cooked ham on high for 6-7 hours and on low for 2-3 hours. **Just be sure ham fits in your crockpot. If the lid doesn't fit, cover tightly with foil. Be careful when lifting ham out of crockpot. It was the most delicious ham I've ever tasted. Moist and not salty. My entire family agreed. Great the next day for sandwiches. "ENJOY"!!!! NANA XO.

Any kind of beer seems to work. I have also made it in a square glass pan. The cooking time is a little less.

This actually has 3 but too easy to pass up!
1 box Spanish Rice A Roni
1 lb hamb, browned and drained
Prepare Rice A Roni as directed on pkg, using 1 can Rotel tomatoes. Add browned hamb when adding tomatoes. Simmer 20 mins.
Definitely feeds 4 hungry campers. This is usually a first night out meal for us.

any type of meat and or shrimp and salad dressing used as a marinade. place meat into zip lock bag or tupperware type container, add dressing (dressings that are more oil and vinegar based work best. Ive heard even the powder version can be rubbed into the meat). seal container and place back in fridge or cooler for 2-3 hours or over night for thicker meats. then grill. you can heat the remaining marinade and cook until it cooks down a bit and use it as sauce.

Jimbo: With apologies, I had to chuckle at your posting on Hot Dogs & Beans. Many years ago (more the 50) when I was a under paid airman with wife and two kids, that was a staple meal about twice a week. For what ever reason I don’t know, somehow we came up with a name called “Rabbit on Beans” for this dish. So when any of the young-uns or my self asked Mom, “What’s for Supper?” the answer would be “Rabbit on Beans” and we all knew what would be in the pot.
