I have a 2006 Roadtrek Sprinter and I am having trouble with my ABS/ESP light keeps coming on. Help

On our Internationals the abs light comes on to signal a failure in the system. The problem is due to a sensor on the rotors getting rust or foreign material on them. We keep cleaning them but a day later the abs light comes on and we have no abs system. the brakes still work good but no abs.
