What is with the shrinking window gaskets anyway? huh?
The window gaskets in my Pace Arrow "ALL" have to be replaced ( the shrinkage is embarrasinging, not to even mention the leakage)......... my 1955 Chevy "STILL COMPLETELY STOCK" windows are still hangin in there STRONG with no leaks!
What's the deal here?
Will someone Please give me directions to find a good solid product, or should I make my own?

I have used 303 on all my gasgets front windows and all side windows. Ive used on all my motorhomes and I have never had a shrinking problem and the rubber still looks like new.
I also use it on my tires which they say is ok because there are no bad petrolum distillates.
Try it I think you will like it.

Thank's, I'll put 303 on my to get list, for use on future gaskets.
Right now, I'm looking at having to replace all the gaskets on all the windows because the shrinkage is so severe & the previous owner has filled the huge gaps (all corners & some gaps 3-4 inches long!) with silicone.... rather nasty looking.
I'd like to do the work myself, so if anyone can head me in the right direction.... where to buy gaskets for a 84 Pace Arrow Eleganza.... PLEASE lemme know :) I'd like to get started on replacing them as soon as this Heat Wave is over ;)
