I am very happy and overwhelmed at the same time, brand new member to this site also just bought my first motor home, a new 23 foot Class C Winnebago Aspect, love the machine but don't know how anything works, I grounded out after about one hour of the dealer's walk thro. I know I need to slow down and learn by going camping, common sense and asking, so will do that but would love imput on how to carry my bike and kayak and if anyone owns the exact same model would love to hear from them, I do have questions, thank you...what a great site!!

Welcome to the forum. There are a wide variety of bike racks available at a wide range of prices. If you are not towing a car behind the motorhome, you could get one that fits into the hitch receiver on the back of the motorhome. These will cost $60.00 and up depending on the brand, how many bikes it will hold and other features. If you are towing, a bumper mounted or receiver hitch rack on the towed vehicle will usually work well.
Carrying the kayak may be more of a problem. If you have a ladder and room on the roof, you may be able to carry the kayak there. I personnally do not like to put extra holes in the roof. I have seen racks for folding boats and kayaks mounted on the curb side of trailers and motorhomes, but again this means holes in the siding and requires finding adequate structural support to mount the brackets. If you are towing a car behind the motorhome, carrying the kayak on the roof of the towed vehicle is in my opinion the best option.
Hope this helps. Good luck and good travelling.

Hi Mexicokid,
I am a wannabe camper and am interested in going to baja mexico. From your name I guessed that you go to Mexico too. Do you know of any RV rentals that would allow Mexico travel?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Mexicokid,
This is probably too late but here is some information. We take delivery of our first RV in march and had the same questions about Kyaks and bikes.
Try looking at rvraxx.com. We found these guys online and met them at the RV show in Pa. this past September. Looks like they have a quality product.
We have decided to get an inflatable instead of hike our heavy kyaks around. Look at SeaEagle.com. They look really good.
Good Luck
