Due to my husbands illness we have not been able to use our 2004 Pace Arrow for about a year. We only had it for a couple of months before his surgery but we did take a weeklong trip in it. I ran the engine and the generator with a load on (air conditioning) for about a 1/2 hour every couple of weeks. The tires were covered as were the windshield and driver and passenger side windows and the wipers. The tires were parked on "Landing Strips" to keep them off the ground. It looks like we'll need a new starting battery as I have to use the house battery emergency start every time now. My question is what are the other things that I should look for due to the length of time it has been sitting? I did drive it about 1/4 mile to wash it and check it out in my driveway. I checked the tire pressures, all were down 5-10 lbs. One of the inside rear tires registers no pressure at all and no air escapes when I depress the pin inside manually. Also it won't take any air. It has one of the flexible stainless extensions on it. Could it be faulty and if so would it be safe to drive it about 8 miles to a tire service center?
Hubby is doing much better and we're looking forward to our first trip, but it will be awhile before he can handle any maintainence or repairs. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would not reccomend driving the MH with the flat tire as you take a chance on ruining tire or rim. The tire has probably lost its seal on rim. The extenders are know for air loss. Someone needs to jack th rv off ground and the try to air up. Most of the time the tire will reseal and the go to repair center and check for air loss source. Hope this helps

Thank you for your suggestions. We did take MH to a nearby truck tire dealer. The inside tire was not flat but the extention was no good. We replaced all and also the chassis battery at the same time. We have since taken a short trip, found a leak in bathroom skylight. Small cracks in the edge, have ordered a replacement, I will install myself. Also the front & rear porch lights have uv'd and the lens have fallen out. They are oval and amber, I can't seem to find this type. I guess I'll just get a whole new fixture.
Husband is doing better, we're hoping to be back out there soon!
Thanks again!:)

Thanks for the tip, unfortunately, no luck. I guess we'll have to change to a different style.

Go directly back to Pace Arrow. They can tell you where to get the lens or they may provide. This unit is new enough to get the parts and Pace should help.
