Any birders out there.We have so much snow right now one can only dream of spring with all the birds coming back north

We are in the Rio Grande Valley right now and are enjoying seeing many different birds. Green Jays, Orioles, Doves, and Cardinals just to name a few.

We ight have seen a caracara south of Dallas and also just north or Waco, TX. Is this possible? It was hard to get a picture since it was so far off the road.
