We have been camping with various trailers and motorhomes for 35 years and have never covered any of them. I keep a good coat of wax on the units and make sure they are properly winterized, batteries are fully charged (recharged as needed), and check the unit every three weeks. I do start it up and warm it up, run the transmission in forward and reverse. I also put plastic sheets under the tires so they are not on the pavement. My wife closes all the blinds so no fading takes place. The nice thing about doing it this way is we can use it if we want and do not have to struggle with removing a cover-we do camp on occasion in December and February.

We know people that cover them and it seems to work well. One friend did have some mold but does not think the cover was the problem.

The harsh northeast weather does not seem to bother the finish and that is about all the cover protects.

Enjoy!!
