There sure has not been much activity on the forum for a while!!! Please! let's converse. What are you doing, radio wise? ;)

We're parked in a military RV park in Tucson ...haven't had the radio on in a week or so. Range seems to be excellent here with repeater on top of the mountain just N of town. When I had the radio on there was constant chatter most of the day between two guys who seemed to be in traveling around the area in vehicles ...pretty much the same kind of conversation I used to hear on CB years ago. Wife trying to watch TV got a bit "testy" with the continual chatter! :)

We are near Richmond, VA. visiting our son (kd4nbz). He is retireing from the Army, here at Fort Lee, this spring. They have bought a house near Fort Benning in GA. We will bemoving south next monday, going to FL for the winter.
