What Brand/Model frig? Are you trying it on Gas or Elec? Need a little more info to work with.

I am not familiar with this particular model so can say for sure, but if you don't see a tank then more than likely it doesn't have one. You can get more info at

Yes the wheel bearings should be re-packed annually, although some people do it more or less often.
Re-packing wheel bearings on a trailer is not a difficult job, a little greasy but not difficult, if you can re-pack wheel bearings on a car you can do your trailer.
